The board is based on the ATmega168V (the low-power version of the ATmega168) (datasheet). The LilyPad Arduino was designed and developed by Leah Buechley and SparkFun Electronics.

Wow, what a great video! Do you have any tips on what the max length of conductive thread should be? Could I put the led 2 meters away? Or should I use wire and solder? Also, how long does the battery last in your example? Thanks again!
